From vision to reality
When we started nutral we wanted to create a neutral managed service solution that delivered sustainable outcomes for our customers. The staffing world is complex, but the value that can be derived from working with specialist suppliers is infinite.
Our business is built on the philosophy of sustainable procurement, and we wanted to bring that mindset into the recruitment world.
Right from the start we believed that to help we must remain objective and independent from supplying workers.
Our focus was on the procurement and management of suppliers to enable the entire end-to-end process – from procurement to paying a supplier for their services.
For some organisations, giving volume to a single supplier doesn’t work. Specialist agencies are needed for each job category and each business location. The problem, however, was the way multiple-supplier situations were being managed.
We have developed a way of making a difference for our customers, freeing up their time, putting them in control and helping them to realise greater value for money.
This is why the ‘vendor neutral’ approach made absolute sense for our business and customers
